Back to School Supplies

CAHS will be accepting sign-ups for our Back to School Supplies program July 27th through August 10th. If you are the primary caretaker of the child or children, you may sign your child up for school supplies. Please bring in your proof of income; including food stamp verification. This program is designed for low income families. Please come into our office to sign your child or children up. We are located at 924 5th street.
