We would like to invite the parents/guardians of “Needy-Low Income Children” to come in and pick up an application for your child/children to receive a Christmas gift. The income guidelines will be posted. An application will need to be filled out for each child in the family. Proof of income will also be required with the application.
Applications are available TODAY at the CAHS office, located @924 5th St. Applications need to be filled out and returned to the CAHS Office no later than Friday, November 18th, to get your child’s angel on the tree to be adopted. If you have any questions please contact CAHS at 945-2471.
